Maple Soy Salmon has been a family favorite for years! Well, except for Hannah since she doesn’t like fish but the rest of us LOVE it!! I make Hannah a piece of chicken with the same marinade that she eats over rice so it’s a win, win since I don’t have to make a separate dinner for her. So if you don’t love fish you could always take this same marinade and use boneless, skinless chicken breast but be sure to cook for about 25 minutes.
