Why?โฃโฃ
Because there is so much negativity & hate in this world that is causing most people to be living in a constant state of anxiety & worry. โฃโฃ
And I want to be a light in someoneโs day. I love seeing their face light up when they know that they have been seen and that there is still good & normalcy in this world.
โฃโฃI believe that itโs not our circumstances (things happening around us) that define our life but how we view & respond to those circumstances. โฃโฃ
If we focus on the negative then all that we will see in our day is the negative and that will feed into our worry & anxiety. โฃโฃBut if we choose (yes itโs a choice) to focus on the positive & the good then we will begin to see all of the positive & good that is in our world. โฃโฃ

This is easier said than done because it takes conscious effort. But by recognizing that itโs a choice and beginning to purposefully look for good things in your day, in time the negative things you see will start to dim & your world will be filled with more light. โฃโฃ
I recommend keeping a ๐จ๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ต๐ถ๐ฅ๐ฆ ๐ซ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ. Every morning I write down 3 things from the day before that Iโm grateful for. They are always small, insignificant things because those are the ones we tend to miss but are the most beautiful.
โฃโฃI also highly recommend ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ข๐บ๐ฆ๐ณ. Asking God to help you have a positive mindset throughout your day and asking him to guide you and help in removing anything from your life that is causing you to live in anxiety & worry. Often times this is as simple as eliminating or greatly limiting our media intake. โฃโฃ
